At UltraTechPanel, we work hard to deliver valuable business activity analysis services. But we also know that sometimes things don't work out as planned. This refund policy outlines when you might be eligible for a refund and how to request one.
We've designed this policy to be fair to both our clients and our team. Every situation is different, and while we can't promise refunds in all cases, we'll always review your request carefully and respond honestly.
When You Might Qualify for a Refund
Service Not Delivered
If we fail to provide the agreed service within 30 days of the scheduled start date without prior communication, you may request a full refund.
Technical Issues
When technical problems on our end prevent you from accessing paid services for more than 72 consecutive hours, partial refunds may be considered.
Early Cancellation
Requests submitted within 14 days of initial payment, before any substantive work begins, may qualify for a refund minus administrative processing fees.
Duplicate Payments
If you've been charged twice for the same service due to a payment processing error, we'll refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.
How the Refund Process Works
Submit Your Request
Email us at info@ultratechpanel.com with your order details, payment reference, and reason for the refund request. Include any supporting documentation that helps explain your situation.
Response within 48 hoursInitial Review
Our team reviews your request against our policy criteria. We might reach out for additional information or clarification during this stage.
3-5 business daysDecision Communication
You'll receive a clear explanation of our decision. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected processing timeline. If denied, we'll explain why and discuss possible alternatives.
Within 7 business daysRefund Processing
Once approved, we initiate the refund through your original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Service Completion
If work has already begun on your project, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. We'll provide a detailed breakdown of what's been done and how we calculated the refund amount.

Service Not Meeting Expectations
While we can't guarantee specific business outcomes, if there's a clear quality issue with our analysis work, we'll first offer to revise it at no charge. If that doesn't resolve concerns, we'll discuss potential partial refunds.

Subscription Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but won't be refunded for the current billing period. You'll retain access until the period ends. Annual plans cancelled within 30 days may receive prorated refunds.

Third-Party Service Issues
Sometimes problems arise from third-party tools or data sources we use. While we'll work to resolve these quickly, refunds for delays caused by external factors are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Important Things to Know
- Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original payment date. After that period, we cannot process refund requests.
- Administrative fees of 15% may apply to approved refunds to cover processing costs and banking charges. This will be clearly communicated before processing.
- Custom analysis work that has been delivered in final form is generally not eligible for refunds, though we're always willing to discuss specific concerns.
- If you've received downloadable reports or proprietary analysis tools, these must be deleted or returned before a refund can be processed.
- Promotional discounts or special pricing may affect refund calculations. The refund amount will be based on what you actually paid, not the standard service price.
- Currency conversion fees are not refundable if you paid in a currency different from Malaysian Ringgit.
